By downloading, accessing, or using the Cuebook mobile application or website (https://cuebook.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not use the application or website.

2. Description of the Service

Cuebook is a collaborative platform designed for AI enthusiasts, prompt engineers, digital designers, and creators to share, explore, copy, bookmark, and organize text prompt recipes for generative AI tools (primarily ChatGPT and Google Gemini).

Cuebook does not host, render, or generate AI artwork natively on its servers. The service provides curated text templates and preview thumbnails to facilitate prompt sharing across third-party tools.

3. User Conduct & Content Standards

You are solely responsible for the content you post, publish, or share on Cuebook. You agree NOT to post:

• Content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or harmful.
• Prompts or preview images intended to depict non-consensual sexual content or deepfakes of real private persons.
• Content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights.
• Spam, deceptive placeholder text, automated bot scripts, or malicious code.

We reserve the right to review, moderate, unpublish, or permanently remove any content and terminate accounts that violate our community standards without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property & License

Your Content: You retain full ownership of the original text prompt recipes and preview images you create and upload.

License to Cuebook: By uploading or publishing content on Cuebook, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, format, and share your public content across the Cuebook mobile app and website for the purpose of operating the community cookbook.

5. Third-Party Trademarks & Platforms

"ChatGPT" and "OpenAI" are registered trademarks of OpenAI, Inc. "Gemini" and "Google" are registered trademarks of Google LLC.

Cuebook is an independent community resource and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI, Google, or any other AI model provider.

6. Copyright & DMCA Takedown Procedure

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with applicable copyright laws. If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied or posted on Cuebook in a manner that constitutes infringement, please notify our designated agent with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The exact URL or post link of the infringing material.
• Your contact information (name, address, email).
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate.

In no event shall Cuebook, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
