Account & Data Deletion Request

Instructions for requesting the permanent deletion of your Cuebook account, published prompts, and all associated personal data in accordance with Google Play and Apple App Store privacy policies.

Permanent Action Warning

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your creator profile, published prompt recipes, saved bookmarks, likes, comments, and follower connections will be permanently wiped from our databases.

Method 1: Request Deletion via Email (Web)

You can submit a data deletion request at any time without needing the app installed. Follow these quick steps:

  1. Send an email to our dedicated data privacy address: rk126356@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request - Cuebook.
  3. Send the email from the email address linked to your Cuebook account (e.g. your Google Sign-In email).
  4. Include your Cuebook @handle or display name if available to expedite verification.

Method 2: Instant Deletion Inside the Cuebook Mobile App

If you have the Cuebook mobile app installed on your Android or iOS device, you can delete your account instantly:

Step 1

Open You / Profile Tab

Navigate to your profile tab in the bottom bar.

Step 2

Tap Menu / Settings

Open the settings sheet from the top right menu icon.

Step 3

Tap "Delete Account"

Confirm prompt to immediately purge your account.

What Data Is Permanently Deleted?

When your deletion request is processed, the following information is permanently purged from our Firebase and Cloudflare databases:

Profile & Identity Records

Full name, email address, avatar photo, bio description, social links, and Google Auth UID tokens.

Published Content

All prompt text recipes, titles, tags, negative prompts, and uploaded image preview assets.

Social Interactions

Likes, comments, bookmarks/saves, and following/followers relationships.

Device & FCM Push Tokens

Push notification tokens and device topic subscriptions are completely deregistered.

Data Retention & Processing Timeline

* In-App Deletion: Processed instantly upon confirmation in the app.

* Email Requests: Processed within 7 to 14 business days. A confirmation email will be dispatched back to your registered address once the account and all associated records have been completely eradicated.

* Data Retention: We do not retain any residual backups of your deleted personal data after the deletion operation is finalized.
